Air-roasted at our solar-powered roastery, this coffee is developed to preserve its natural clarity and sweetness — allowing its brightness to shine while maintaining balance and structure.

Process: Honey Process

Costa Rica’s micro-mill movement has redefined coffee processing, giving producers greater control over fermentation and drying. The honey process — where some of the fruit remains during drying — enhances sweetness and body while retaining clarity and brightness in the cup.
