A rare meeting of two crafts — precision coffee roasting and the depth of aged Scotch.

This small-batch release brings together carefully selected Colombian and Brazilian coffees, infused with the character of 12-year-old Scotch whisky. Through a controlled infusion and roasting process, the whisky notes integrate naturally into the beans — creating a cup that is layered, smooth, and quietly complex.

Air-roasted to a balanced medium profile, this coffee delivers a silky body with a refined warmth that lingers through every sip.

The Experience

From the first aroma, subtle whisky tones emerge — soft oak, gentle sweetness, and a rounded depth that complements the coffee’s natural richness.

In the cup, expect a smooth, full-bodied profile with notes of chocolate and caramel, lifted by a delicate whisky finish that adds intrigue without overpowering.

It’s a coffee designed to be savoured — familiar, yet entirely unique.

Roaster’s Note

The goal with this coffee is balance.

The whisky influence is present, but never dominant — woven through the coffee rather than sitting on top of it. The result is a cup that feels cohesive, refined, and surprisingly versatile.

Best Enjoyed

• Espresso — rich, complex, and warming
• Long Black — where the whisky notes gently unfold
• With Milk — smooth, rounded, with a subtle finish

"Debut has become our go-to morning coffee. It's incredibly smooth with a rich chocolate sweetness and just enough fruit to keep every cup interesting. Perfect both black and with milk."
— Sarah M. Perth
"Menage makes the best flat whites. Rich caramel flavours come through beautifully without overpowering the coffee. My husband and I have already ordered another kilo."
— Emma L. Northam
"I've tried a lot of specialty coffee over the years, and Epure is one of the most balanced I've found. Sweet, full-bodied and never bitter. It pulls an amazing espresso."
— Daniel R. Toodyay
