Sourced from the renowned coffee-growing region of Yirgacheffe, this lot captures the essence of Ethiopia — the birthplace of coffee. At the Kochere Washing Station, carefully selected cherries from surrounding smallholder farms are processed to reveal some of the most distinctive and elegant flavour profiles in the world.

Air-roasted at our solar-powered roastery, this coffee is developed lightly to preserve its natural aromatics and clarity — allowing its most delicate and complex characteristics to shine.

This lot opens with lifted floral aromatics, followed by bursts of blueberry sweetness and a refined black tea finish. The aim is to preserve its brightness and clarity — letting each note unfold with precision and elegance.
