Air-roasted at our solar-powered roastery, this lot is developed to highlight its natural sweetness and clarity — creating a cup that feels easy, approachable, and refined.

In this region, coffee is often cultivated using shade-grown practices that support biodiversity and slow cherry development. The result is a coffee known for its gentle profile, soft structure, and clean finish.

When roasting, the focus is on preserving its smooth body and soft sweetness — allowing notes of brown sugar, almond, and a light citrus lift to come through naturally.
